At Waste Metrics, we perform two types of waste audits.

Our free contract audit looks at everything in your current waste disposal contract situation: your bills, past payments, service levels, extra charges and fees, billing errors, and whether there are services your business doesn’t need. We look at ways to help save your expenses and improve the efficiency of your waste removal and recycling services. When needed, we will negotiate with your contractor for a more affordable and efficient service that protects you from unfavorable contracts.

We take the time to ensure that your service agreements with haulers and other subcontractors are kept sound and abided to, and that you won’t be surprised by surcharges, hidden fees and service change costs, such as when things such new containers or locks are needed.

When necessary, we can help you mitigate or avoid price increases in the middle of a contract term, and eliminate fees for unnecessary services. We can also assist you in terminating your existing contract and negotiate a better agreement.
